(a)     No person, organization or corporation shall keep, harbor or provide sustenance for more than one vicious dog, as defined by Ohio R.C. 955.11, within an area zoned R-1A, R- 1B, R-1C, R-2, R-3 and Planned Unit Development District, or within 1000 feet thereof.

     (b)     Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.  Each day that a violation of this section exists shall constitute a separate offense.
