Pit Bulls Banned
(a) No person shall own, keep, or harbor any vicious or dangerous dog or other vicious or dangerous animal, as defined in Section 505.01(f) within the municipality.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, and on each subsequent offense is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and the vicious or dangerous dog or other vicious or dangerous animal shall be seized, impounded, and humanely destroyed.
