per the mayor:

Pits Bulls are banned in Golf Manor, Amberley - and in the City of Cincinnati, I believe.  You may call the police clerk, Kristen Wocher, at 531-3108 if you are interested in the exact language, but we wrote the law to include Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, or any breed of dog or mixed breed of dog which contains an element of these three types of Terriers.  Monday is a holiday so please call on Tuesday.
